Hi all. My name is Robin I live in the cape in south Africa. I have my Tansvaal colours for horse show jumping which I received when I was 10yrs old & held untill I was 14yrs old when I broke my neck in July 1990 in a motorcycle accident. I was paralyzed from the neck down & was on life support & was told I would never walk again or breath without life support but through the help & love of my family & God miracles happen. By the age of 16 All That was wrong with me was that my right arm & hand stayed totally paralysed & I have 95% use of my left hand but the rest of me is fine. Once I became disabled I started show jumping again all was fine I got a few 3rds a couple of 5th places until at a show my horse caught a pole between her legs & she fell on top of me & that's happened to me before when I had 2 hands as well but after that crash they would not accept my entries anymore. Then I started to race go karts but once I started placing 3rd & 4th in the races they had a problems and started saying it was not safe for me to race I was endangering myself & others. It was fine for 4 yrs before but for no reason my disability became a problem anyway it's been like that ever since what ever sport I got into as soon as I do well I was told I must be cheating it"s not safe you need 2 hands,what can I say sore loses.I've started sim racing & playing CS;GO in Cs Go I use my pedals from my car racing sim to make my bot walk & move then a 7 button mouse to shoot,jump,scope & so on & then the buttons on my sim wheel for bombs,smoke etc. I find CS GO 2 be the hardest challenge 2 beat I want 2 make global but 6400hrs & the best I've got 2 is DMG I had to get a web cam to prove i only play with 1 hand I always made it to the top or close in whatever sport I did but not CS. I've got all the F1 games from 2017 to 2023. In 2017 I managed to rank in the top 3% which is not that great but it was a start. I've not played my F1 games since 2018 I've just started racing F1 2023 now. wow I need some practice.
