Among Exit 8 ripoffs, this one is the best out there.

A beautiful little project. I found the gameplay rather intuitive and refreshing, though there was some jank at points. It still runs better than a Bethesda game. Very cute, sweet, well-made, until the final level where I somehow broke the sequence repeatedly and couldn't finish. According to a viewer, I was stuck ten seconds before the end of the entire game. Just got locked in a corner and couldn't escape certain death.

But since the game is free and very short, I can't find a reason not to recommend it. It's great. I look forward to seeing more from these students.

Remember, the company is not your family. There is no such thing as unskilled labor.

My only complaint is that it's too short. I got this as a gift and it was on sale, but even so, the price seems a little high for a game I finished in 5 hours. That being said, I understand this was an indie developer and I have to be more lenient. It's more important to me that the staff is paid.

The only other gripe I have is personal. I wish there was a gender option. I'd love to see another one of these with a male or gender-neutral character.

I'd also like the option to put certain photos in the garbage :D

So far, I have begun to uncover a shady real estate ring, emptied a building of Yakuza, tried about seven types of noodle bowl, tried desperately to understand how to play mahjong, fought over 100 street hooligans, acted as producer of a TV show, taught a dominatrix how to humiliate someone, and picked up about ten packs of pocket tissues.

This is the best game I've ever played.

And I really want tanuki soba now.

What can I say? It's Pictionary. But the format and way the game is played is much better for points than Pictionary, since even guessing the word closely won't show other people what that close guess was, if that makes sense.

Definitely the best modes are Grand Reveal and Rate It, which are locked behind the $5 paywall - which is worth it, tbh, but you don't even need it as long as someone out there is running one of those games for you to randomly join. You only need the DLC in order to host one of those games yourself.

The game does, as with all free quick-join games, have quite a problem with people running in just to make offensive slurs and be jackasses, but the kick system works pretty well.

This game is everything I want from a "visual novel". It feels like you're reading a very well-drafted book, but you are still playing a game. You still have to make choices (read: be a bad parent). The sex scene is actually relatively good and a nice payoff, but it isn't patronizing or giving the audience too much of what they want. The twists and horror are excellent and actually put a chill in my spine. I was so drawn in to the story that I had to shake myself out of it a little.

An excellent play, a wonderful read, and a great simulator if I ever want to feel like my mom when she doesn't take her pills. Jesus, lady.

This has got to be one of the most dreadful things I have ever experienced. A total of five nearly immobile character sprites accompany you on your journey to be a huge brat. The characters have little to no personality, the narrative has no drive, there is no conflict, and I had to "play" (read) this game for over 45 minutes before they gave me my first - and ONLY - choice. Do you like silver-haired bishie or red-haired bishie? It doesn't matter, because they have the exact same personality - that is, none at all.

You get to watch your characters encounter wild enemies such as slimes and rabbit slimes (the same slime but with rabbit ears), but don't worry. You don't fight any of the monsters you encounter either. They just show up for no reason and bishie number one slashes it for you while you complain about how bad you feel for it.

Do you like to read a lot with no payoff? Then this is the game for you.
Otherwise, just go play Ragnarok. You get about the same narrative with more slimes.
