I just turned five and have been lifting since I was a fetus. I started off doing resistance umbilical cord exercises until I was lucky enough to get into a good gym at 3 months old, now I weigh 66 pounds and squat 405 and dead lift 585 EASY! also I can bench 315 for 10 reps is this good for my age? or should I just give up on that natty life and try my first cycle?
