9/10 game all things considered. I am going to be completely honest with my review. The gameplay at first feels clunky and difficult, but I assure you that it is not once you get a couple games under your belt and figure out the combat system. Playing it with friends really brings out the absolute best of the game, the triumphs, the tribulations, the pure strategy required to cover all bases. Its like playing DnD but tarkov. I played all the play tests for the game and was absolutely addicted.

The absolute best facet of this game in my opinion is that it really scratches that inner goblin itch. The itch to grab random trinkets and stuff them in your pocket. Every match is a filled with the wonder of what you might find. Be that random sellable trinkets, better gear, hidden levers that open secret passages. Will you find death, maybe run into another group of loot hungry adventurers drooling at the chance to take you out and help themselves the the fruits of your adventures? Or will you be strategic with your team and overcome them? For a game with such slow movement and combat, it begins to feel very fast paced and chaotic when the cards are down.

The only reason that it gets a 9/10 in my opinion is that it still does not have many quality of life features like controller support or the ability to switch the orientation of items within your inventory to better fit things. Other than that, it is amazing. As someone who has spent countless hours on Escape from Tarkov. I have far more fun playing this game.

New world is definitely a fresh MMORPG experience, it meshes old style rpg elements with new graphics, combat, and a fresh concept. Both PvP and PvE feels fun and challenging. Overall a great game, not something that i could say for a lot of games that have been out for only a month.

If you are looking to play a game all about friendship, strategy, and fun. Look elsewhere, this is not your game. Here are some things you can look forward to
1. Broken shotguns
2. Broken supers
3. Broken literally everything
4. A dev team that wants to see the world burn
5. A balancing team who has just spent the past 3 years in narnia
6. The broken stasis subclass that takes no skill and makes you feel like you have been caught with your ♥♥♥♥ in the wind every time you get hit by an attack
7. Teammates who will leave as soon as you lose 1 round of survival or trials of osiris
8. LFG groups who will ask for the minimum but if you die once they will kick you from the fireteam
9. a continuous stream of broken weapons being supplied to the community and its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (myself included)
10. Raids that make you think about ending it all
11. late nights spent trying to kill a boss that's so easy that its hard
12. countless hours spent grinding for a good roll for a legendary weapon that is gonna get nerfed next month just so that you can keep up with all the people using them
13. a once great story line that got nuetered due to content vaulting
14. incredibly grindy exotic quests
15. Servers that are either lagging or not online
However through some form of miracle this game is actually pretty good and keeps me playing, the PVE is definetely more promising that the PVP. But the PVP gives you a good rush when you are doing well. If anyone is thinking about getting this game, I would say go for it, everyone likes different things. and bungie is always adding new content for you to mess around with. So yeah despite all that i actually like the game 7/10 would recommend as long as you don't have a job with long hours.

To people who play a lot of horror games, this game might not seem to scare. But only at first that is. Once you play it for a bit and get a grasp of the game. The choices and actions feel like they have more of a weight and really build up tension. And in other aspects, it is absolutely a fresh breath of air in the horror genre. This game somewhat incorporates jump scares, but they do not feel at all cheap. This is because if you have a friend monitering the activity levels, you know something is about to go down, but you don't know when. And the coop was done in almost the best way possible for a horror game. I would strongly recommend it not only to horror game people, but also just any one. its incredibly fun to play with friends.
(My only criticism would be the graphics and 3d models. I know this is an early access game, and likely they don't yet have the resources to do this. But with better graphics, it would make the game a lot scarier that it already is)
TL;DR - great game, fresh breath of air, great coop
