Infinite loading screen - Thanks EA launcher

Cannot beat it for the price - comes with 10 houses that you can renovate & sell plus an owned office area. The option to add pets like cats, dogs, an aquarium, and even a parrot was nice, along with vehicles and garden options was a plus. The game has quite a few items for customizing (which could welcome an eventual workshop opening), and has the potential for replay as the houses are available for purchasing right away after flipping. So far I have noticed the "career" jobs do not seem to be limited, instead they seem to repeat .

The pros: 11 different housing layouts (10 can be sold). Variable jobs to preform from simple cleaning, to changing room designs, to full renovations. The option of animals, garden accessories, and vehicles all add to the realism, as well as animated people are walking the neighborhood. There is a static day/evening/night cycle that can be changed. Pools, hot tubs, animate fire-pits, outside lighting, doors & windows that can be changed, along with a plethora of other items are all already included. For me, a pro was that you can change an entire wall/floor with 1 press, compared to like House Flipper where it's per tile - but where it greatly saves on time/hassle it also questions the open floor plan which is frequently used as carpet in the kitchen would be, well different.

The cons: To note, I have not played the mobile version as others stated there is, but there was no introduction to the game. Developers added a "small" tutorial on March 2nd :) During renovation of the first house as I ran out of funds, I found out there was a Jobs segment to earn income as you are only supplied so much at the start. Selling houses (so far) seems to net very little income so it seems like it would be a grind for the latter houses (for example just the jump in price from house 2 to 3 is slightly over double and you only make about $15,000-$20,000 per flip). The lights also all work independent of each other and of light switches themselves (which seem to do nothing).

Summary: It's only $4.99, and was on sale before for $3.99 - still super cheap for what you get!

Very fun RP style game which fully supports a wheel - Can go from delivering cargo on a pickup, to shipping containers across the map, hauling passengers in a Taxi, and cleaning up the streets as a garbage person. The possibilities are endless, and having public lobbies up to 20 people can build a very interactive atmosphere. I personally like being able to strap down cargo, the day/night cycle, and all the different jobs that are within the game.

As of now I have over 180 hours in this game, and purchased all the DLC basically when they came out. The negative reviews on this do not even make sense - they're complaining about the realistic aspect such as planting trees, and laying paths or rocks, in real life do you expect to just snap your fingers and they're magically placed??? DO NOT listen to the reviews, they're too biased from people who have no clue about gardening let alone maintaining a property. 10/10

**WOW** This game was BEYOND AMAZING!!

I do not write reviews, but after finishing this game I immediately had to post my reaction.

*Gameplay*
-This BLEW me away, it was 100% story focused with chances to dive deeper into the story within each room you explore, all with the end goal of SAVING CHILDREN – how great is that in itself.
-Each character had pretty intense dialogue between each other, and all the information you could obtain, although not all required, pulled you even more into the story. You carry a hacking device and a crowbar after the into which are the two main parts of the playthrough and can lead to some pretty funny/interesting interactions.

*Graphics*
“i7-7700K, 32GB Ram w/ GTX1080 Strix 8GB” – Ran the game at max settings, FOV 90 and was staying around 200fps – 180fps constantly with the game hardly giving any graphical issues.
-Overall the game gave off a very borderland style/darker cartoon look (which peaked my interested in the first place.)
-The animations, characters, the city looks beautiful, and even the Gang-Gangs (birbs) all look outstanding and finely tuned.
-I really enjoyed the "choice" based conversations and interactions, as well as no actual fighting mechanisms.

-Seeing as this is just story focused, there is free roam to a point, whereas when the game is finished, it is indeed finished.
<With breaks and meals in between it took me aprox. 12 hours and that was with going through just about everything a couple times.
-Would I see a second playthrough? Maybe in a couple of months after memory of the first play through fades. Director’s commentary on and obtain 100% :)

This game was on sale at time of purchase, and if you want a great looking game, immense characters, and a deep and amazing story – 100% GET THIS

Could not even get past the prologue before the game freezes on a black screen.

I really enjoyed this game since it first came out on the PlayStation 3. Endless hours of fun between all the races, club events, and the casino. I had decided to give it another go, this time on the PC, and besides the servers not working at all, this is still an awesome game.
