人物工作的机制有点问题，不能就近工作，比如采摘农作物，小人不会就近采摘，非得在两块田之间来回奔跑采摘，而且工作效率贼低，采一个蔬菜后会站在那不动，过一会才会去工作，搞得一天下来，小人干不了什么活。
