It's good but it doesn't add anything new compared to the previous games.
Just Cause 3 is the best over all.

Why join the navy if you can be a pirate?

Update (21/12/2023): Infinite black screens. There is often a bug where I cannot remove the menu from the screen. For a game that is 5 years old, it has bugs as if the game was developed last week.
