Compared to other game in the series(rebirths 1-3, not spin-offs(i didn't play them yet)), this one is definitely the best. Game is actually completeable without spending a year to farm and imagine-you don't even need to buy a broken DLC for it.
Lore is also pretty good. The only thing that's actually better than this lore-wise, is the conquest ending, but it's impossible to beat that level.
Endings are obtainable without farm, it takes you like 10 minutes at worst to get shares to the level you need, and no time at all if you didn't spend credits(you can buy public relations).
There are cons, of course:
1. Game constantly switches the characters you have and you constantly need to readjust equipment(this also applies to skins)
2. Travelling somewhere has a chance to get you into a fight and it just pisses off to constantly fight enemies(especially considering they give no XP, credits, or any real challenge)
3. Controls for keyboard and mouse are even more ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up than in previous games
4. Monsters are faster than you and when you're seen, you're most likely getting into a pointless fight
5. To break metal boxes you gotta have to complete neplunker which is the definition of cancer(parkour in this game is a bad idea)
6. The final boss is dissapointing
7. Translation is still on Ge-Ge level which makes me want to commit suicide(i suggest everybody picks japanese voice)
8. Irresonable split on 2 paths(hyper dimension and heart dimension), which has no effect on ending but forces you to watch the other on youtube to know what happened(or start a NG+)
9. Not a whole lot of post-game events(compared to Victory 1)

And pros:
1. You can go and change settings whenever you want(cutscene? sure)
2. If you accidentally pressed the end event button, game asks you if you actually want to end the event
3. Hidden treasure system is way superior to previous games
4. Scout system is way superior to previous games
5. God tier providence soundtrack
6. Music is lowered by a custom % in settings(you can change it) whenever character talks, may not seem like much but it's A LOT

Overall, game is without a doubt better than any of the 3 rebirths

Немного затянуло

Полный биомусор. Геймплея тут на минут 15, но из-за багов это занимает ♥♥♥♥♥♥ час. Вещи пропадают и появляются после перезагрузки сейва. Гранаты и аое враги бьют НА ПОЛ КАРТЫ, что просто дебилизм(причем от врагов ты еще и не уйдешь-тупо нет такой дистанции, на которой ты не получишь урон). Провалился за текстурки раз 5 на моменте с улучшенным пнв. Кейпад огнемёта, как и карта к нему, расположены в такой ♥♥♥♥♥, что вы гарантированно не найдете их без ютуба. Весь упор шел на графику, но почему-то разрабы не догадались подсветить хотя бы что-то из пикабельных предметов, кроме безполезных кассет. Идите нахер с такими играми, никому не советую играть в эту ♥♥♥♥♥.

Прикольная игрушка, за 24 рубля она без сомнения того стоит. Если бы создатели запихнули плохой конец, когда Ян искал Мори(когда она исчезла в 1 раз), я бы просто зарыдал и дал этому 10/10. А так 7/10.

A solid game, for 24 rubles it definitely is worth it. If only the creators made a bad ending when Yan was searching for Mori(when she dissappeared for the 1st time), i'd just cry and gave this 10/10. Without it, 7/10. Sorry if i got character names wrong btw i played on Russian.

Эта игра того не стоит. Стелс миссии просто бесят, дико бесят-бесконечные перезагрузки. Разница между максимальной и средней сложностью в наличии сохранений. Разработчики не догадались до чего-то более умного. Не советую на ней играть-особенно в стелс миссиях. Над казнью 3 часа страдал, прошел таки. Под момент побега из тюрьмы переключил на среднюю. Геймплея мало, интерфейс багнут, лаги в лагере. Из 18 часов, которые я тут играл, большинство было потрачено чисто из-за высшей сложности и отсутствия сейвов. На средней тут 4 часа геймплея, не больше. За косарь это просто ограбление(я купил в районе 150 рублей, но все равно жалею). Эта игра приносит лишь боль и страдания. А последняя миссия это вообще цирк, ничего сложного. 3/10, не покупайте эту ♥♥♥♥♥.

A good game when on sale. People in reviews say it's all the same, characters, maps, enemies. That's not true.

There are lots of different enemies just looking simular. They have their own abilities and AP costs.

Map is the same for all the levels. We play on a part of a HUGE map, so obviously we will sometimes repeat places(~2-4 times a location depending if u've done or not a side mission).

Characters will unlock new abilities until u reach level 10 party rank when you can't level up anymore. I believe every character has atleast 2 different playstyles(although on higher difficulties only 1 is working).

The words about black sun servitors are true tho, they're extreme cancer and pray to god you won't meet them alongside with melee guys. That run into your team and stun everything ability is just disgusting. Other than that, the game's not that hard(i played on hard difficulty, i believe mythic may be hard).

Last mission is quite unfunny to play tho. It starts to crush in the end, lags really hard, tank just starts shooting 1 place(where there are no friendly units), which i think is a bug. But yeah, it gives you the challenge you expect from last mission, somewhere between "Alright, we're not doing this without 20 saves" and "how the ♥♥♥♥ is this even possible".

Also tips for new people reading my review:
-Grenade makes sense only in start when you have no equipment.
-You should go for ranged weapon upgrade first(damage, accuracy, abilities), other upgrades are nowhere close to that.
-Melee upgrades are garbage and you should go for them once you have everything other upgraded
-Leadership is great to upgrade after you have weapon tree maxed
-Last shotgun upgrade(point black shot) is at best questionable, not recommend to get it at all
-If there's too much enemies, retreat-melee will chase you, while ranged will stay overwatched, thus splitting their forces to reasonable amounts.
-Prioritize targets(black sun servitors>melee guys>grunts>other ranged guys>tentacle ball>sniper(which does marked for death ability, dealing effectively 0 damage the entire playthrough)

But generally, i expected more. This game isn't that bad, but it surely could be better. Maybe a bit more variety, lore, graphics? I bought it cas i remembered playing call of cthulhu: the wasted lands, but this...this is just far from that level.

Total garbage. The shooting is bugged on pistol, half of the time it doesn't shoot. Your screen when damaged/zombie near is covered with such tons of blood that you can't see any ♥♥♥♥. The shotgun can't reload half of the time and that thing u gotta pull is bugged so hard it works hardly every 3rd time. Don't waste your time there, all this game got is graphics. Also don't even try punching, it simply doesn't work.
