i played this game for maybe an hour to a hour and a half before I uninstalled and refunded it. In my opinion the movement feels clunky and the game just seems like its lacking in a way its hard to describe it. It's feels like a cheaply made version of HLL but reskinned and reluctantly put together.

So this is my current go to game to play. When I first played it, it was somewhat difficult to get used to since I was coming from FPS games like Doom, COD, Battlefield, Halo, and Apex. However if you like Rainbow Six and Tom Clancy games you'll probably like this. Hell Let Loose is a very stimulating game. It requires you to think before engaging and to take your time when approaching the enemy. Its a lot different than your typical run n gun and in my opinion way more fun and satisfying. The only downside I have come across is that of people within the community who gate keep and bully the new comers in this game. With over 400 hours into this game I try to help as many of the new people as I can. I answer any and all questions that I know the answers to while trying to encourage new players to not give up on the game. This game does have somewhat of a learning curve and it requires a lot of team work and coordination. Team work is usually rewarded with a high K/D and plenty of adrenaline pumping moments while lone wolf game play is very slow and boring. I think this is a great game and I actually prefer playing this to Squad. In fact when I went from playing this to Squad I put about 90 minutes into squad before I refunded it. I am not saying Squad is a terrible game, I'm just saying that compared to Hell Let Loose it isn't as fun or as satisfying to win or get kills in.

so bought this game with hopes of the building being like command and conquer but I should've known better considering this is a Starship Troopers game and anything ST usually revolves its narrative around the MI. However when i started the game I had a hard time stopping myself from playing it. The game is incredibly fun and I love how elevation, line of sight, flanking and just basic combat tactics actually apply and mean something in this game. Its a fun strategy game and i say strategy because unless you want to keep getting wrecked by the AI you need to plan out your moves. Looks good and feels good.
