mesmers are too scary. I was early in the game and exploring the creepvine area, and theres this hole that goes straight down at some point. So I went into it, looking for some sandstone outcrops (the ones with silver) and a mesmer started pulling me in. I had an absolute heart attack and since I hadn't played in a while I had no idea what they were and how to counter them. After that I stayed away from that hole and any other mesmers, despite their relatively low level of danger.
