But without instruction, sometimes they fails to spot the priorities and sometimes completes work late. Is usually decisive, but too often fails to take account of all possibilities, and this has caused a few problems in the past 6 months. Or takes account of all possibilities but takes too long to reach the final decision. Always contributes vigorously to the efforts of the team, whether as a leader or a team member. Understands own weaknesses ond others’ strengths and goes to the right people for help. Sympathetically helps others to address their weaknesses.
