This game needs some work, but it isn't awful.

Small issues:
I wouldn't classify this game as a simulator as it isn't an accurate representation of mowing in real life. The lack of smaller equipment in this game requires you to shove your mower into tight spaces, this damages your mower and induces fines. I would love to see other lawn care items such as weed trimmers and smaller mowers.

Large issues:
One of my biggest issues with this game is the lack of optimization. Running on 4K Normal settings my 3070Ti can barely keep a steady 60FPS with the game frequently dipping and staying at 40FPS. In contrast, RDR2 (one of my favorite titles) can easily run at 4K 60FPS on a mix between high and ultra settings. I have also encountered a large number of bugs in just my 4 hours of playtime. These include: issues not being able to walk properly at the beginning of the levels, bad collisions which cause you to hit things you are nowhere near, and issues with the menu freezing or not working properly.

Nit Picks:
The controls in this game are unintuitive and overall poorly set up. There is no way to change this. Additionally, the game is very limiting on other settings that can be changed. One big thing I was happy to see was wheel support. I of course was immediately saddened when I learned it was only for 5 wheels. Most games don't provide official wheel support for every wheel which isn't an issue because you can configure the wheel and its controls in the settings. However, in this game you can't use non-officially supported wheels even if you wanted to.

Overall this game isn't bad, I just wish it had gotten more attention before release. I watched the developers stream right after the game had launched. It's obvious they are passionate about their game, so I hope they continue to work on it and improve it. I was super excited about this release and I hope this review helps improve the game.
