If there was a game I could forget ever playing just to experience it all over again it would be Stardew Valley. This game is so fun and whimsical that you feel sucked in to every little detail. Its combines wonderfully simple mechanics with a deep and complex story. All of the NPCs feel very real; they are lovable and complex. Ape is not afraid of darker story-lines where it makes sense, and with the cheery environment of the game, it makes them pack a harder punch! 10/10 would recommend!

Love the game! If I could forget about it and play it all again I would. If you are looking for something that is a short playthrough, but has a fulfilling storyline then this is it!

Do not be fooled that this game is only 5 hours long. The experience is one that is not comparable to any other game I have ever played. This game has an amazing story with amazing characters to boot. It also does an amazing job of really playing with your emotions, and not not in the fun way. More like the depressing, guilt-ridden, fear-stricken way. And that is what is so amazing about it! In five hours you experience so many different emotions. This game impacts you in a way few games can achieve.

This game's purpose was to be a companion game to Eastshade. It was a sort of trial run for the developers. It served its purpose well. I think even though the game is very short and not as well polished as Eastshade, it was fun to play. I especially recommend this to anyone who has already played Eastshade. It was nice to get another look into the world and see familiar characters.

Eastshade has impacted me in a way few games ever could. The story is mostly your own to make of it, but it is very inviting. I got drawn in and couldn't help but immerse myself in the beautiful landscape with all of the interesting people. There is no combat, so if you are the sort that MUST have action in a game, this is not the one for you. I liked that there was no combat; it is a feature (among many others) that set this game apart. This game is a work of art to play, but I from reading through the other reviews and other peoples comments I have decided that this is a game to be taken slow and savored. If you attempt to rush the game, or grow impatient with the little action you will lose sight of its beauty. I love this game and hope that it gets appreciated like it deserves.
