I don't usually bother leaving reviews but I have been really upset from seeing so many negative reviews from people who simply did not actually "play" the game! I've adored grounded since its relatively early stages, back when there wasn't much of a story line and many mechanics were still missing.

I had a blast exploring the world, discovering recipes from analyzing various materials (personally, I loved this mechanic) and slowly progressing in terms of gear, base and map exploration. I did get stuck a couple of times when it came to defeating certain mobs that were of a higher difficulty or have to learn their attack pattern, however, I think that bumping into these challenges every now and again was what made the game more fun and involving - it would be boring if everything was too easy. The voice acting and interactions between the characters were also very fun to have.

The update releases made me come back again and again as well, to try out the new things!

I would personally recommend anyone to give the game an honest try and genuinely try to find workarounds for issues they might encounter since there usually are some, you just need to look! (a quick example: I've seen multiple people complain in negative reviews that they couldn't get weed stems without a T2 axe which is harder to get and that ruined their experience, while in fact, they're easily harvest-able if you chop down dandelions!)
