Currently stuck with 99% loading before every game and random lag spikes mid game. I set it on the lowest settings possible but still no noticeable change.

Would 100% recommend if the performance was better.

I'm on the fence on whether to recommend this game or not.

The game has some really good story moments but it feels spoiled by the tedious side quests and every other main mission being a go here move item to left by 3cm or a grab this one item and run across the map to this other person.

The combat feels nice, apart from the stun locks in pvp and dodge cooldown being 6 sec.
The dungeons have some good areas but tend to be sort of rinse and repeat apart from the odd one out.
Dialogue could be better but with how similar the side quests are the dialogue seems to be very similar for each npc.
The art and design of characters and environments are great though, could use better idle animations but i'm not to picky about that since its not a main focus really.

So make your choice but its a really good game to just chill out and play. It's not mind numbing but its not intense so somewhere inbetween, but the only way to really describe it as is just it's nice.
