Immersive story, fluid combat, and engaging sidequests. Everything is fun, even just driving around aimlessly

I've had this game for over a year. I can confidently say that at least a third of my hours on this game were wasted, not because it's a bad game but because of the community. There seems to always be someone making the game a waste of my time. Smurfs make it unbalanced, and having toxic teammates every other game is just flat-out frustrating. Reporting players, regardless of the offense, does absolutely nothing, as though Valve doesn't even care.

It's just a video game, yet people take it so seriously and get unbelievably angry at each other. That might be their idea of "fun," but it's definitely not mine.

If I only have a 60% chance of having good teammates, it's not worth playing. I'll just stick to single-player games for now.
