GARBAGE GAME I HATE IT I HATE PMOON I HATE GACHA AND MOST OF ALL IIIII HAAAAATEEEE THE DEESIIIIIGN PHIIILOOSOOPHYYYYYYY!!!!!!

I don't get why people keep making shooters themed around contemporary firearms or ww2/ww1 tech. For God's sake I just want hard sci-fi.

Battlefield 2042 is more uninspired slop even if the game is based on a winning formula.

I don't like some of this game's design and balance choices, but fortunately you can mod it all away, so it's literally inconsequential. I LOVE the world and setting, the sound design and above all the art, the crimson court dlc is my favorite in terms of art.

Remember: Before anything else, get the stagecoach to give you at least 4 heroes per week ASAP.

Also, the PVP is really fun though it has a some difficulties for new players.

Sure it's good, just don't think grinding for higher tech will make you happy, if you're not having fun with low tier stuff then don't play any further.

I have more hours in a shared account where we grinded to french SPGs lol
This game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks, play war thunder.

Why it sucks and why war thunder sucks less:

1. Has no respawns, and you can't reuse your chosen tank until the match finishes.
You enter into a game, you waste your life's precious limited time on getting to somewhere you can do something fun, then, due to you being bad at the game, you die immediately, you return to hangar and are unable to queue up again unless you got another tank, why? Because ♥♥♥♥ you, ♥♥♥♥ the player, why would we enable them to pick the same tank again? Like you can't even pay 2 win away from that stupid design choice, it's so needless but they probably justify it with "muh realism", stuff like this is why i dislike people that can't tolerate there being no realism in videogames, it almost always leads to objectively unfun design choices for games.

2. repairing critical components needs items you pay for through in-game money or premium currency
Warthunder lets you repair no matter what, just find a safe spot to sit in and wait it out until your crew applies the repairs, it's more immersive (this is an actually good realism-inspired feature) and it's definitely better than wot's implementation.

3. premium ammo exists at all is an affront to humanity
Shouldn't be a thing, but corporate corruption is a must in this industry.

4. I don't think SPGs should be a thing, they're fun to use but it's just not good game design to let players be killed by someone across the map, it's very uninteractive. People might not think of WoT as a tactical shooter, but functionally, it plays like one. You die to someone across the map who saw you for 0.13 seconds and took the shot. It’s just as uninteractive as a sweaty CS:GO player prefiring a pixel angle—except here, it’s a 50-ton tank getting deleted by an SPG sitting in a bush three postcodes away.

I love the umbral choir but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate hacking it's such an annoying pestering mechanic to be reminded of every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ turn cuz your operations always fail and get traced back.
