For ukraine it could be the territorials, as they are dealing with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ guerilla like situations due to their volunteer funding.

Same could be said for wagnerites due to the fact that they are mostly scum criminals forcefully drafted, a wagnerite div and a territorial division would be insane.

Something that isnt a 100% readiness division like the vanilla divisons already in warno.
Something more representative of a real division in a war conflict.

The only russian division so far, is much too specalized and highly equipped to fit the likes of a storm-z unit or such.
