The second best Sonic game on Steam. The main reason it's not the absolute best is it had a lot of problems when it got ported from the dreamcast to the gamecube and even more problems when it got ported from the gamecube to the pc.

I recommend this video, it demonstrates some really good mods to fix things such as the cutscenes, lighting issues, etc.
