For what it's worth I will say that this is NOT origins or dragon age 2,. it definitely more action RPG instead of like the other games but so far having a blast.

I see my fellow players here rating this to hell because of their own stupidity, Sad because this is actually really fun albeit really fricking weird.

You ever read those game reviews where someone says it's a "labor of love" and therefore it's okay for some issues?

This isn't that, it's janky trash.

Do you like enemies hitting you through walls and around corners?

Do you like attack animations that stop half way but you still take damage?

DO YOU LOVE GIMMICKY ENEMIES THAT THROW YOU OFF A CLIFF EVERY SEVEN MINUTES?

Then this is the perfect game for you, it has ALL the lore and beauty of a dark souls game with the mechanics and jank of a PS1 game.

Shame too because the premise is great, the rest of it just isn't.

UPDATE 11/18/2023 Still absolute trash. Nice try, go play lies of P or Elden ring instead.

Honestly the game itself is bad. You're playing a fetch quest, run in circles for no reason simulator because it seems to developers couldn't actually make meaningful quest.

Beautiful visuals, interesting "not" pokemon creatures but overall an extremely bland experience.

YES. Thank you for this Bioshock-Esq game of joy. Finally a game I've waited for years to come out and its actually fantastic! Also runs really well!

After updates and a misjudgment in my part, game is very good.
