An absolutely fantastic DLC. It's got new gear, new magic, CRAZY lore even a smooth brained weakling like me can understand, and it's got twists and turns with the new bosses that put me in awe.

All that said, it is difficult. Like endgame Sekiro difficult. The DLC is supposed to be extremely hard for a reason, both to give a challenge to veterans and because of lore reasons. Nothing rewarding ever came from an easy victory.

If you get stuck, just move on and come back later. Maybe try a different build. Use some summons even, it's almost like the game has an entire system for upgrading summons to be stronger because these bosses are crazy difficult!

If you like soulsborne games, you'll love this. Just don't expect it to be a cakewalk you can breeze through in 20 hours.

You can get constantly rejected by an abusive vampire because you began this tale with a heart.

You can make an undead barkeep drink them self to death while gloating about your adventure.

You can murder an entire population just because your dad said it would be funny.

11/10. It's probably the closest possible thing to DND we'll ever get.

Difficult, Grindy, Hard to start, but once you do ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it's an absolute odyssey. FOR CYBER BEEP!

Terrific dlc! Probably one of the only gaming experiences this year where I actually felt emotion. Heart strings were plucked at, heads were silently blown open, quickhacks were used, and it all combined into a truly amazing spy style experience. New side gigs, new area, characters that make you care, all of it is fantastic. Highly recommended, worth the 30 dollar price tag.
