can i like, buy the game for my friends in the philippines please?

Borderlands 2 is a a humorous action adventure shooter game that i have had a personal experience with.
The first game i was able to say i owed on my steam account, i played through it countless times along with the friends i grew up with in my late elementary and early highschool days and had unending fun with it's gameplay loop and mechanics.

coming back to it, this game has aged well and with its DLC and low price upon sales, this game is worth picking up and at least trying, it can be played casually and quickly, but it's significant amount of content even at base game without dlc is enough to keep you occupied for weeks (assuming its for casual play).

though appreciation of this game is subjective, my objective standpoint is how it gives you the core mechanics of a looter shooter all bundled up into this package of humor and badasses.
