Requesting the Omnissiah lend better optimization in future updates

On my first job I ran into 8 pebbles and all 8 times I had to stop what I was doing, get out of the truck, and hold click on where the pebble hit.

I was looking for a euro truck in space where you actually get to drive your truck but no you just teleport places and then scoot along to the gold diamond while repairing 30 hull breaches.

I just am unsure if the game directors were shooting their self in the foot for the fun or if someone in charge really thought people looking for a trucking game would want to, rather than drive the truck, repair the truck. Or make sure the truck is powered, or make sure the truck is this or that. I say the same thing every time a game fails to keep an audience. If you are going to make a game, every single aspect of it needs to do one of a few things.

1. Be fun (why *IN THE RECOMMENDED DIFFICULTY* am i stopping everything im doing because you wanted a gas leak mechanic)
2. Reward the player (this is a must) (this game immediately filled my time playing it with remedial tasks that never felt rewarding.)
3. Sense of direction (I cannot tell you how many games get this so game killingly wrong however this game did a great job at that)

TL;DR This game shot itself in the foot. If you're looking for Eurotruck in space you will not find it here. This, in my little time playing it, felt more like a crisis management simulator with extra steps. If that sounds fun to you by all means go ahead the game ran just fine and looks good too.

If you enjoy tarkov you'd love this game. The maps could use a lot of work. I would much prefer larger maps but nonetheless i still think its worth it.

Overall fun game but currently in a pay to enjoy state. Grinding can take anywhere from thousands of hours to being nonexistent depending on how deep your pockets are.

First and foremost, This game does the core mechanics very well. Its a very very satisfying hack and slash with unique enemies and variants that offer lots of fun content. Not only that but they captured the 40k universe perfectly, the voice acting is amazing, the environments, the enemies, all of it is really well done and clearly had a thoughtful impassioned team behind it. The only thing I wish there was more of is content and unlockables. Unless you spend money in the shop, your character will look bland. The devs embrace the "FOMO" style of skins by offering them periodically even though they are all ready to be in game and could very well be unlockable. This game could take notes from for honor and allow players to buy skins with in game money at inflated prices but nonetheless dont force them to fork up more money for something that should be used as a reward for players who have already max'd their character out which is another thing I have a personal gripe with. Your level max's out at 30 which takes around 20 in game hours to achieve give or take 10 hours. Not exactly offering a long term gameplay loop when after I max my character out I cant really do much else but hope that I can slowly but surely get better and better gear to fully min/max every slot.

TL;DR: The core game is a 9/10 however there is very little incentive to bring players back after awhile due to not enough unlockables and content.

Pretty unique and fun title. Would of really preferred if level progression stayed past death but overall its still fun.
