Amazing game.

Overall my experience was awesome and plenty of replayability.

PROS :
-SWING THE CITY LIKE NO TOMORROW
-AWESOME GRAHPICS
-COOL GADGET AND COMBAT SYSTEM
-COOL DIFFERENT SUIT
-RUN FLAWLESSLY ON STEAMDECK

CONS :
-PERFORMANCE DROP AFTER FEW HOURS OF PLAYING (NO FIX)
-STEALTH IN THIS GAME IS NOT OPTIMAL
-MARIE JANE MISSION ARE BORING AF

100% completion took me 42 hours of grind pretty decent.
Can't wait for miles morale on steam.

In my top 5 best game of the 2010's. I really have a Love Hate relationship with this masterpiece.

PROS :
-Loads of free content
-Awesome story
-Great mechanic (could be better)
-Fantastic graphics
-Great fanbase (few toxics here and there)
-Great experience with 2-3 friends
-Many achievements who are very challenging to do and rewarding,

CONS :
-This game is not designed to be played alone, it's possible once you've mastered the game (300-400h)
-Old game engine
-Few boats on the server. It was six boat at the same time back then, it is now five.
-They removed ''Arena'' who was the perfect temple for the toxic community, sadly they didn't had enough time to update it... sigh.. and now they will hunt for you in adventure mode, sweet!
-Completionists alert, 100% this game is currently impossible due to massive RNG flaws, It's possible to have every achievement but not every commendation, cough cough (Shrouded Ghost does not exist).

Overall you will drain hours in this game like no tomorrow. You will forget to eat, drink, sleep and your wife and kids will leave you forever.

10 out 10 would waste all those hours again.

Awesome game, you will drain 30 hours + each week doing the same quest, again and again.
Oh and forget that fancy price tag, this game will cost you over 200$ especially if you like the game.
Overall 10/10 would play again!
