Peak 3D platforming.

Only 106% if you have nothing else to do.

Better than Frontiers in nearly every way, and that's just the Shadow Generations portion.

Sonic Team NEEDS to keep up this level of quality for the next game, I haven't had this much fun with the core game of a Sonic title since... well Sonic Mania, but also the ORIGINAL Sonic Generations.

Do not click the cookie. Don't do it. The second you click that cookie once, hours of productivity will go down the train. I'm not telling you this for me, I'm telling this for yourself.

But I mean that 2.49 price is tempting though, right?

Penny's Big Breakfast

That's what the game feels like. I nice big beautiful plate of breakfast that reminds you of the days of lovingly crafted 3D platformers with insane movement potential.

It's pretty buggy, probably shouldn't have been shadow dropped and could've used another month of patching, but it's excellent stuff.

Pretty decent.

I hope Chapter 4 is the last chapter.

Not a very scary VR game, I’d say it’s a pretty decent entry level VR horror game, or just entry level horror in general, but it is a lot of fun and is quite well-made.

I was very disappointed in Security Breach after how buggy and generally poorly designed that game was, but despite having lots of Security Breach content in it, this game is way better than Security Breach, and I’d say it met my expectations.

I’m a little disappointed that there isn’t more Sister Location content (and maybe more Pizzeria Simulator content would have been welcome despite featuring 3 Pizzeria Sim animatronics) despite it being a large part of the marketing for the game since the announcement trailer, but what’s here is good, and I’d say it’s one of my new favorite FNAF games just for being a fun VR title, even though it isn’t very scary.

Despite it being pretty good, it was unacceptable the state this game released in. It’s very buggy, and while most of them aren’t game breaking, it’s shocking how some of these bugs made it through playtesting.

That being said, the game is still worth playing through eventually, at least in singleplayer, because this game simply wasn’t designed for co-op, but in a way, that kinda makes it even more fun in an absolutely chaotic way to where you’re bouncing off of your friends constantly.

There’s quite a bit of content, so the $60 price tag is kinda justified, but the stability of the game itself kinda makes $60 an embarrassing ask, when so many other $60 games have released in a state that doesn’t have a major bug every few levels.

So… I’ll leave it at this. If you’re cautious and you don’t know if you’ll like this one or not, wait for a price drop. That being said; if you played Sonic Mania and really loved it and you’re just craving for more 2D Sonic that’s done right, I’d say go for it. The game is good overall, it just needed like another month in the oven.

I’d give it like a 7/10 for being a fun game, but riddled with bugs, having a mixed bag of music in terms of quality, and just generally not being designed for co-op. But hey, you’ll likely have fun with it regardless.

Oh, and forcing Epic Games and Denuvo upon you when booting up the game is extremely crappy, stop doing that Sega, PLEASE.

I was very disappointed when I discovered a few years ago that all of the JellyCar games had vanished from digital stores like the App Store, the WiiWare and DSiWare shops, etc. I had a lot of childhood memories with games 2-3 on my iPod Touch.

Words can't describe how happy I was to one day hop onto Steam and see that JellyCar has been modernized on Steam, Apple Arcade, and the Switch with a brand new game that acts almost as a celebration of the franchise.

Not only that, it's the best adaptation of the series yet, with great level design, wonderful modern features, endless replayability with the level editor, and amazing customization. I hope this one is here to stay this time around and not get purged from digital stores. Of course I'll always have nostalgia for those first few games, but JellyCar Worlds is now the go-to way to enjoy the wacky and weird world of JellyCar.

This game gave me an experience that has not left this much of an impact on me in several years. This game was one of the most magical experiences I have ever had with a video game. It has everything that I love about video games and entertaining fictional media put into one gargantuan and majestic package. I do not see any game topping this for a VERY long time. I simply can't find the words for this game because they wouldn't do this game justice, it is something you have to play to understand. I've only done one playthrough of the game at the time of writing this review, but that one playthrough was some of the finest stuff I've played in this industry. Go in completely blind and you will be blown away. This game is nothing short of a masterpiece. Play it as soon as you can, don't even wait for a price drop, it is well worth the $60.

Fun game.

(The Update DLC is pretty hit or miss though, with Update 3 being a stupidly large difficulty spike, being unfair at points. I still like the game overall, but you're likely better off just playing the main game and calling it a day, unless if you want some of the hardest Sonic content to date.)
