An absolute masterpiece, with some flaws.

I played mostly with one other friend, and also solo. The game is addicting, they nailed the atmosphere, the lore, the crafting. Fishing and cooking feels like a rabbit hole with more recipe than the rest of the game. Combat is great, but some enemies are a little too powerful, like snipers and their instant heavy bleeding from one side of the map to the other.

Base building is a blast, being able to create a home anywhere with basic office furniture is incredible, me and my friend said "This could be a nice base location" way too many times.

One the other hand, progression, especially new weapons and leveling felt really underwhelming. The amount of XP needed to reach the final level of a skill is way too high, and most of them unlock pretty lame rewards. Weapons that you unlock in the endgame are also underwhelming, and you will end up using those same old weapons you unlocked 4h into the game.

Other than that, which are very minor details that I'm sure will be fixed with the full release, the game is perfect, even solo.

One, if not THE greatest game I've ever played. This was my first horror game, my first "silent hill like game", and it will probably be the last because I don't even like this genre, but this game is more than that.

- The gameplay is precise, easy to understand yet hard to master and VERY satisfying
- Graphics are "camera magic", low poly plus pixelated filter plus CRT filter and boom, masterpiece

If you are not buying the game for those points, your are buying it for the story. How to know if the story of a game is good? Check on the community, have they developed a group schyzophrenia? Yes? Then the story is fire.

The story can hard to understand, because you can't understand it, you can only interpret it. It is an absolute masterpiece.

We won against Sony, good job. Now I can recommend this game, but be aware of the kernel level anti-cheat, at least it's not Vanguard, but that thing shouldn't be here.
