A gem of a City-builder hidden behind layers of ♥♥♥♥. My PC is somewhere between the minimum and the Recommended specs and yet even on the lowest setting the simulation chokes and dies above 70k pop. Fix the performance and gib workshop and this review will be positive.

Also nobody wants to use your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Paradox mod hub.
