The cars in this pack are very well modeled, and the sound design is pretty good. At around a $1.33 a car, you really beat the price. The customization options are numerous and I personally feel that Bugbear has done a great job with these cars. The only minor issue I have with this pack if the lack of AI sets for the new vehicles but the workshop will probably help fix that.

Personally, this new update feels like a downgrade from what the game was before the removal of ADS. The original game didn't feel as jumpy and bouncy as it does now. It feels like the "arcade realism" has been lost with this update and it feels like the game is more of a Call Of Duty game than Day Of Defeat. Despite the many personal issues I have with this update, one issue that can't be overlooked is the optimization. The game runs on low with about 20FPS when looking anywhere near a firefight for me. For all of you who are going to say my PC is bad, I can run Automation which is on the same engine on Epic settings with around 40FPS. This will probably be addressed in the future I imagine but still, it is A CURRENT PROBLEM. Another issue is the introduction of the game's weapon unlock system. The problem is not with the unlock system itself but with how it works. In order to unlock weapons, you need to gain XP. When I first entered the game I saw "Offline Mode" and expected to be able to simply play against bots and gain XP, as I personally, don't like fighting real people (I'm a PS1 man who had no internet so I am used to playing against AIs). The problem is when I completed a match I received no XP at all. I proceeded to leave a comment on the Steam Discussion page and received a response stating that you cannot gain XP in offline mode. This means that people with unstable or no internet connection cannot progress in this game as they are literally forced to play online multiplayer to progress. This majorly limits the player base and pushes a lot of buyers who were expecting true offline mode away from the game. This personally is really disappointing for people like myself who maybe sometimes just like to simply fight AIs instead of real people. There are also other little issues that probably only bother me personally, but those are no where near as much of a problem as the points I have stated above. I have played this game since day 1 of its release on Steam Early Access in 2017 and really hate to see the game get negative feedback, but until these issues have been addressed, I PERSONALLY cannot recommend this game. I appreciate all the time and effort the devs have put into this new version and hope that they will continue to update this game and hopefully fix the issues I have mentioned.
