Their analysis is usually accurate but not original. Aweeeeet enjoys working without supervision and usually continues to carry out duties effectively. Still needs to learn when it is appropriate to call for a supervisor’s advice or authority to act. Stays cool in an emergency, but needs help from others to take the right action quickly.
