Really fun combat system. Gameplay is dark souls like, however even on hardest difficulty its not as bad as dark souls 3(it can be treated as a gateway game to dark souls/sekiro type punishing games). Took me about 23 hrs to finish the game at max difficulty and explore each planet to about 80%. Nonetheless the lightsaber fighting is really really fun. Get it if its on sale.

Good stealth, lot of choices in terms of how to clear a stage. Fun story, light characters. You can complete all levels without upgrading any of your skill tree, which i found to be more fun since some abilities are just OP. Played it only on max difficulty found it fun.

MGR:Revengeance is a FANTASTIC hack and slash game.
Combat mechanics are really rewarding, so once you figure out how to counter and block the fighitng sequences become very smooth.

The graphics are good, no frame drops, no apparent missing textures.

The gameplay is about 8hrs, but the game is replayable since increasing difficulty really changes the game.

The story is good, the changes raiden goes through is really fun to watch, the antagonists in the game are really endearing (Yes Sam i am looking at you, you badass beast).

The combat mechanics is a little irritating at times because of the fixed camera angle, but its nothing too major.
There are customisations available for raiden which is pretty cool and will make u wanna replay the game just so you can get the perfect raiden.

Stealth part of the game isnt very polished, there is no "sneak" mechanics you just have to walk and pray that they dont see you. Also this makes silent executions a little harder to do since there is a 50-50 chance that you run into the guy. But then again you get to hide in a box so thats cool.

So, get the game if you are a fan of the series or like hack and slash games like DMC or Bayonetta, dont buy it for stealth gameplay. Its a real good buy and a fun time.

P.S : It makes you sit through the entire end credits. Yes ENTIRE end credits.

Update: Replayed it again for a different ending and I now agree even more with my past assessment, this game is the best game I have ever played. No, I cant even call it a game, its an experience of a lifetime. It made me a better person, it gave me hope and it gave my life meaning.
13/10 game.

its an awesome game. Doesnt feel as good as arkham city but is amazing in its own way. Huge map but the quick travel and zipping helps a lot, fighting mechanics are good and so is the progress in story. I recommend this game.
P.S if u have an option between arkham city and arkham origins pick up arkham city.
