You got this for free if you bought the game within 1 week after release or if you pre-ordered.
DLC is very good and probably better than most base game races.

Laser filled fights with dinosaurs, what's not to like?
I haven't even mentioned Rat people with Nukes, or dragons fighting hydras.
This game is just glorious.

DLC's are woth their money,
Even after release we're still getting decently sized updates!
And oh, you can put your lifes work into this game. :)

Great game, needs some fleshing out with all the bugs but nothing gamebreaking so far.

This is by far the best modern city builder out there, sure they might have a questionable DLC policy but the base game is good to play aswell, and if you can get it on a discount it's especially worth it

I don't get all the negative reviews on this game. it has more strategy to it than CIV V maybe people want the same simplicity from CIV V but i really enjoy CIV VI and i can't wait for possible DLC's like there are with CIV V (G&K released 3 year after the initial release) so we'll see in 2020 if there are DLC's for this. so far i think the initial game is much better than that of CIV V.
