I would give Metro Exodus 7.5/10. I disagree with a lot of people here, who are calling it a masterpiece, since it has its fair share of flaws. The biggest ones being the writing and voice acting. Its all rather... simple. Something you would find in a 2007 game. The story was serviceable, and the best thing about it is that players new to the Metro series would also understand it, although a quick recap video won't hurt.

The best things about this game are its optimisation and atmosphere. Runs great on my 3060. The dread when you're exploring a run down building with weird voices in the background is amazing. The exploration is fine, although it is little more than going to question marks and clearing the area. The end of the game is very linear but very atmospheric, so I guess that compensates for it.

Overall, I would recommend it, and it is very cheap during sales. 100% worth the price.
