REALLY FUN GAME WITH GOOD CORE GAMEPLAY. MUSIC AND ART IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. WOULD RECOMMEND 100%

An exercise in patience, well worth it!

Very fun game. I like that it is driven by the story, even though it is a little obsure in that most of the story is hidden in lore entries. Great visuals and music. AMAZING gunplay.

I experienced bouts of connection issues. It was far and few between but very severe. Game does get repetitive at times.

Pyre is a GREAT game imo. I bought this game expecting gameplay like Bastion and Transistor, but was presented 3v3 basketball matches with a lot of reading; the former was unexpected but not unwelcome and the latter is fine as well. The game is mostly reading with a bit of action here and there.
The main selling point for me, is the story. The story is not fixed and reacts to the decision the player makes. That combined with a large cast of characters, makes this game highly replayable, if just to get different endings. The game is one huge choose-your-adventure game. The music further supplements the storytelling by having unique soundtracks for a lot of situations in the game.
The art is very tasteful and matches the theme of the game and whatever it is trying to present. I find looking at the scenes provide a brief respite from the reading at times.

In short, good game. Recommended for the story and soundtrack (and art). Contains a LOT of reading. Also a sports game.

Very good game overall. Great graphics; the art style fits the game very well and presents a unique atmosphere when combined with the soundtracks. The story is very solid, though it is not told to you directly– you have to do some reading. The gameplay is very fun and it doesn't hold your hand throughout the game.

The only regret I have was putting off from buying this game sooner.
