I have played hunt for almost 4k hours and I can say the devs have pushed me further and further away from this game.
I loved playing this game wihen it first came out the intense gun fights the the spam in the old days which much less than it is now, with dooley's and semi auto rifles there has been no thinking or balancing behind any of the additional new weapons that are able to out of sheer RNG headshot you from across the map.
Adding Special ammo to every weapon to make you bleed slowing down the fights even more adding FMJ bullets to shoot through entire buildings with compact ammo. The devs have become increasingly greedy with the endgame currency the bugs that run rampant for months on end but at least we have the new map which looks gorgeous.
A lot of the old bugs that were in the old maps have carried over to the new map it's just endless incompetence for a game I had so much passion for.
If you spend any more than about 200 hours in this game you will start to see all of the flaws and how the devs do not take criticism whatsoever, and basically spit on the veterans that have kept this game alive for so long.
Now they're focusing on Console players instead of PC players which is displayed by the new UI system.
I really wish I could find more positive things about the game besides the new map looks good but, anything besides absolute worship of the devs is quickly shut down by the devs.
