Okay most of this game is great, but the Final Episode kinda just made me hate it. First of all it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ filler that makes you replay the levels for the 4th time, only for no reason with no difference (aside from being able to switch between all 7 characters but that should've just been like a "reward" for beating the previous episodes. And you also have to find them first)

And then it makes you play a shoot 'em up level before the real final level. I like shoot 'em ups (well Touhou at least), but I think I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ despise them when that gameplay is forced into games that aren't shmups. I'm here for action platformer (Castlevania) gameplay, not shooting.

Then I get to the actual final level - thank god, that annoying shooting crap is done. So I'm like I'll exit the stage and make a copy of the save so I never have to do that ♥♥♥♥ again. The game saves at the stage you're at, it's always done that, no reason to worry about losing progress this time. But what do you know I get back and have to play that retarded shooty shoot level again. Omg I'm gonna blow my brains out

I love the art/character designs and I'm really invested in this story now, can't wait for the next episode (not to rush the creator though)

It's actually really good, but they censored Bass saying "damn" in MM7. Which I know is technically a super insignificant change, but it's the principle that matters. It shouldn't be necessary, if it was allowed in the original it should still be in this one. Developers keep sneaking these little censors into re-releases and I'm sick of it. This is why I don't like buying ports/remakes anymore because I can't trust these companies, for all I know a ton of stuff was censored.

They also said "damn" in Mega Man Battle Network (I think 1 and 2), and it wasn't removed in the digital ports, and those are also rated E.

Wow another crappy, censored Yugioh game, great (F you Konami). Also with weird bootleg rules.

Has been my favorite game since I was 12 (well over a decade ago), and even after discovering probably over a thousand more games it's still one of my favorites.

Really wish they'd put Fable 2 and 3 on Steam as well.

This is not really about the game, the game is fine. It's more about Rockstar being a terrible company. First of all you need to make a stupid account to freaking play offline (I shouldn't even need one for online, but it'd at least be slightly tolerable), I want people to die just for doing that. It's so ridiculous it shouldn't even be legal. Imagine needing an account for every single game you own (for me that would be over 500).

Second of all Rockstar's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Launcher is too stupid to even understand how to connect to the internet. It took me like 2 hours after making an account to actually be able to start the game. Because the dumb thing just kept giving errors and only going into offline mode. I was so close to refunding the game and just torrenting it. But I eventually got it to work by turning on my VPN and setting it to a US IP. I don't know why that worked or why I even needed to do that. Maybe Rockstar should fix their stupid Launcher.
After doing that once I can at least play it offline normally now, but I still need to do this if I wanna play online.

I love the classic Castlevania games, they're better than the Metroidvania ones in my opinion. So I'm really happy to have another game that recreates that style so perfectly.

Buy this version instead of the crappy censored VR one.

Jesus christ this game is awful. How the ♥♥♥♥ did this get a "Mostly Positive"? The only positive thing about this game is the nudity. The combat is awful and repetitive, you basically fight the same enemy a hundred times in every level. There's pretty much no skill to this game, you just have to hope you don't get hit. Every screen in every level basically looks the same.

Ugh, I've played free hentai games that looked and played a million times better...
