my neighbors didn't like me due to being a bastard. they declared i should become their vessel. I refused! so they invaded with a army double my size at night while my village was sleeping. i woke up gather our few men, good fighting men experienced from fighting past wars. we gather our weapons and armor and met the invaders right outside our town. the fight was brutal our allies came to help a few good soldiers. their peasant army count beat our well armored well trained soldiers. we won. my mortal enemy sends a letter saying i had earned my freedom. but we will never forget.......

has a severe sound glitch problem been there sense beta haven't got fixed. runs like crap. Ultimate general ran so good and the battles were amazing this time around idk.

This is a different game in a good way something unique. its not a action packed game so if thats what you looking for this is not it, is a space exploration survival game with so much to do is just crazy. the main mechanics are collecting and crafting materials you will need for like everything, once you get the hang of it it will be fun exploring new planets, looking and finding these materials to build bases. trade materials for cash to buy everything you may need for your journey but In NMS you can do more than just that so if your looking for a chill exploration game you can sit back and drink a cold one to, this is it well you should try it! grab a buddy maybe strap on a VR (cant wait coming soon) and explore what fells like an infinite universe.

What can i say over 10 years playing this game........

.......the firefight .....my squad......we got wiped out.......charging the artillery.......we took it down.......but........they ambushed us......i......can still.....hear my men scream for ....the medic.......i alone survived...................i should have died there WITH MY MEN!

i dont ussually write bad reviews but total war is my favories series off all time i been playing sense the first shogun in 2D!
I love total war thats way i feel i need to give my two cents.

1. Total war has always been about historically accuaracy and has done a great job at reacreating the empire building of each era and the military strategy in thoes eras. making you feel like you could turn the history and write your own in what if momnets that where grand. so much more about it being "realistic" and recreating epic clashes among anicient empies it is why i personally loved this series. jumping into fantacy is not why i play total war.

2. magic effects way overdone like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ all i see is glowing charcters and spells effects everywhere that ruin emmersion for me. i could deal with magic but why over do the grafical effects it make the battles look retarded.

3. Way to simple, way too fast paced, you dont feel like your building an empire, way too stream lined and barebones campaign. so many features are gone and replaced for other more simple ones that are unfullfilling.

4. Animations in battles are just boring gone are the beatilfull one on one duels soldiers would have in the midst of battle instead you got characters just slapping eachother all day.

5. and last but not least and this has to be said is....dammm dlc everywhere and the game costantly rubs it in your face like hey you dont have the full gaame you got like 30% of it give me your wallet.! im done i should of never spended my money in this game.

got it on sell, i seen the reviews i didnt want to belive it was a bad game and its not! its just glitchy as hell ruins the game and is never going to get fixed is just how the game is.......what a FAIL

I CAN ACCUALLY PLAY THE DAMM GAME! =)
much better performence FOR ME that Rome 2, no game breaking bugs or glitches.
the time period is not as intresting but setting things on fire looting and sacking has never fealt so good.
im just wating for the blood and gore dlc
