MOLM-13 cells are a human acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell line that was established from the bone marrow of a patient with M5 AML. These cells are widely used as an in vitro model of AML to study the mechanisms underlying leukemia development and to test the efficacy of potential therapeutic agents.
