I've waited for years to see this game finished and published like so many other people. I hope it never did as the game is just not worth it. I've finished it and the disapointment did not go away.

Stalker Map
The map just feels empty. It is a massive map with nice things and places to see but overall it is so empty. In the previous games, you would have to jump out of anomalies, fight enemies etc. This one, they just made it into a walking simulator with nothing to do. -1

Enemies
They spawn around you as random events or something so sniping is pointless to most cases. Also they don't miss? They hit every shot fired, even sometimes behind walls or corners. Why? They gave up on the AI? This is Artificial yes, but not Intelligent. Also all the shotguns are like snipers. -1

Faust
I don't know if it was due to the new patch or not but less enemies spawned when I did the fight a second time.

Visions of Truth
I've went the Ward path for a while and when I reached this quest, I just couldn't finish it due to a bug. I reloaded enough times to make a normal man mad. Eventually I read a mod that fixes it. You have to download a mod to fix a 60$ game where this bug has been there for a month. -1

Last Quests in Chernobyl
Horrible fights. The enemies would shred you to pieces from a mile away with snipers and sniper shotguns. No real interesting fights going on, just go there, fight, move more, fight. I would say the Ward Leader fight was alright, Scar's fight was nice but so much Psi etc protection. Why move away from the previous Stalkers just to make the boss fights last longer? Couldn't there be something else to make them harder? I reached the button for the elevator reset and it said "Fight the Granite Squad". You can just skip them so that is nice.

Overall, I wouldn't pay for this game at all, let alone 60 euros for something of this quality. I wont even touch the story that it feels like they just wrote it without paying much attention to the previous games. They just wrote something for the new fans who don't know much.

Do not buy this game, wait for it to go on Sale to drag yourself through to see the story and never touch it again. Wait for the Modding community to make an actual game again.

It is a decent game. It has its few bugs here and there but nothing major to spoil the fun.
The internet people tend to present it as the best game out there, it is not but still worth buying and playing.

The ribbons are too much of a grind in my opinion, there needs to be more guns and the only problem I see that this game lacks is balancing. Those BUGS need some slap on the wrist.

Gameplay is 8/10. Love the strategem system and how the flow of the game is. Need more missions though.

They've put more effort into the game. It is fun and the bugs that they somehow havent fixed yet are minor.

Sorry to say but it is just a cheap copy of The Forest but with more grind.

The game's energy system is just too much as it stops you from doing much. Now, I get the whole thing of "Gotta rest to do more stuff tomorrow" but the energy goes down too quickly. So, instead of finding a creative way to stop people from progressing too fast, they just did a poor job and just implemented a system where u just have to waste time over nothing.

The food and cooking in the game is the only +1 from me as it is more details than other games.

Building? LONG STICKS? Do I have the destroy the entire Amazon forest to just make a small cabin? !!!!!!

The early game is one of the most boring grinding ones in any game I played.

Its been years but this game is still poorly designed.

This game is rather lacking in most aspects.

Was hoping they had a massive map release, new weapons etc after the Beta was over but that doesnt seem to be the case. They simply released the game with the bare minimum and now they will do what all those other horrible games do and just release content slowly and hope for the best.

The overall gameplay gets so repetitive after the first 10 hours that it feels like a chore.

Wouldn't recommend people buying this game YET. Just give it half a year so they can actually deliver what they promised!

Good

The gameplay seems rather simple and boring. The game mechanics are just lacking and the elephant in the room is XBOX. Why would we need to sign up on that platform if we buy it from Steam?

Overall, I wouldnt recommend this game to anyone! There are better zombie survival games out there!

This completely breaks the game...

There is a chance that your quicksave or autosave stops working as if you try to use them, you end up reloading into a black screen. After that point, you cant do anything at all to fix it.

If you are willing to charge for the same game 3 times, please make sure you atleast make it playable.

Not worth it anymore. Ever since they made it a free game, the russians are just hacking their asses off!

If you are Eastern Europe, dont bother with installing.
