This game plays horribly. There is a 1/4 second delay between inputs and character action constantly. The game looks nice, but the gameplay ruins it. There is an R18 patch to break clothing easier...which makes the game a little funnier. However, the gameplay itself ruins the game. There is potential, if they could fix the horribly clunky controls. This is not acceptable for a fighting game. If they ever fix the controls, I might reinstall.

This just replaced Survival Nation as my favourite VR game. The learning curve is challenging. Not learning from mistakes is frustrating. Getting better at sneaking is rewarding. Knowing when to quit while I'm ahead is humbling. I've died dozens of times and lost everything from greed. Low on health and low on ammo and barely getting back to base is a thrill. I've only played PvE solo so far, but I still play for 3 hours straight at least. I need more than 300 inventory space for resources!!!

My favourite VR game I play on Steam. Kill zombies, the bow and arrow is immersive. NPC's in the main base give quests for a slight rpg vibe. The fishing is very satisfying. Plus, there is a 'the fishing line snaps if you keep reeling in when the line turns red' mechanic for fishing. The guns are fun, but not as fun as the bow and arrow. Guns have different methods of reloading the guns with your hands....some can be a lil annoying, some can be pretty fun. Also, motion is very smooth. I use a Lenovo Explorer (Windows Mixed Reality) headset.

Great game for Co-Op....if you can find people to play with. Try different regions in the server options at title screen. The campaign isn't bad. Only get this on a 90% off sale! If you don't have the patience to wait 5-10 minutes for a co-op match to start, don't buy it.

Hectic gameplay with somewhat randomly generated levels. The shooting is like Halo/Left 4 Dead aiming, but there are sniper rifles in the mix of realistic to cartoonishly wacky guns. Lots of stuff to unlock and upgrade. Different characters you can play as have different perks to them. Random gear per session to shoot with, while permanently upgrading other things. This game has had many updates since I got it. I think its a little overpriced, but it is definitely worth a purchase on sale.

This game was great at launch. Then the devs kept nerfing everything and increasing difficulty. I bought the first battle pass to show support...which gave enough premium currency to buy the next battle pass...but the game went downhill to the point where I didn't feel like playing anymore. Even now, in the last update I just read about...still nerfing everything. If the game becomes harder for no reason, while the reward vs effort scale tilts against the player....that just makes the game less fun. Its a great game at its core, but too many bad dev choices made the game obnoxious to play.

From Space plays similar to Helldivers, but a little more cartoony. If isometric shooting with no friendly fire and you're not being trapped close together sounds like fun to you, get this game. The devs are also very friendly on their discord and respond to player feedback/suggestions. Hopefully we'll get an 'endless horde mode' in the next update or dlc! Horde mode matches take 10-15 minutes and randoms can show up in the last minute...pretty funny. The campaign has co-op, but horde mode is what does it for me.

Its overpriced for what it is. But its super relaxing. The simple guitar riff, the mindless mining. Pure nostalgia from Xbox Indie era. I waited a month for a sale after I saw this, there never was one. I gave up on waiting and gave in to the purchase. Its great to play when you want to upgrade something and grind resources peacefully. I've bought worse things than this for $10 AUD on eBay. If you're waiting for a sale and you have the money for full price, just give up and buy it. After an hour of nostalgia, you'll have a silly grin from the mind going to mush while hearing the guitar. That exciting/terrible moment when you get squished or fall just a little too far keeps me just a little cautious. Its more fun when you lose everything from dying. This game should only be $5 AUD tops, but the dev has to eat. I do not regret buying and I enjoy playing.

I put dozens if not hundreds of hours into this on xbox 360. Semi-strategic, mostly mindless beat 'em up fun! If you like knights, 2D melee combat, hitting things with weapons, its worth having in your steam library.

VERY RELAXING. I use 3 screens. I watch something on one, play MergeCrafter in windowed mode on another and the 3rd will have discord, a document or a browser on it usually when I'm playing this. I played Gems of War for a long time, but the social and guild aspect became more of a draw than game content. I played Merge Nymphs for a while....adult content plus matching stuff....then I noticed I cared more about matching stuff. Then I wanted something without the adult content. This is pretty good. Ticks a lot of boxes of matching stuff and unwinding. Usually I'm shooting stuff in one thing or another.....this is good to just let the brain go to mush and upgrade and craft and upgrade and merge things and see how big you can get the pile to make the good upgrade with less stuff to get the thing upgraded. I've been playing this for a couple days. I like the writing in the dialog, its got some humour.
