Gearbox doesn't understand the game that they bought. None of the new content gels with the flow of the game.

Most of the new maps while really nice looking are unfortunately way to big to actually want to explore.

The new items fit into 1 of 2 categories: useless garbage the dilutes the pool or completely game breaking stuff no one tested for more than 5 minutes.

The new enemies are just annoying, nothing fun about them.

The new elite types are a mess. Gilded being so tanky and stealing your gold when you hit the dramatically slows things down and Twisted kill you just for playing the game.

The new characters are... fine but clearly Seeker was the only one they thought about for more then 2 minutes.

They just don't know what makes the game fun and it runs deeper than this entire DLC being rushed out the door way before it was actually ready.

There's a lot of action platformers out there and this isn't one that really does anything new or interesting so far. It does feel decent, the story and characters seem to have a lot of effort put in (can't confirm, didn't care enough) but the gameplay itself just doesn't have anything going on to keep me playing. Not bad though

If you're bored of Destiny, play Warframe. If you're bored of Warframe, play Destiny. If you don't want to play either, find something better to do. But if you really want a meaningless time sink that doesn't do anything new and doesn't feel very good to play, bang your head against this.
