The game is decent, not great. Pros: Combat feels good, the world is absolutely beautiful, loot progression feels great. Cons: The game has some heavily pressed DEI content but it is NOT the entire game, crashes are pretty rough (crashing about once an hour, seems to be a memory leak) the writing is a joke. I just skipped all the woke dialog, and never did any side quests with the trans chick. It's pretty easy to avoid and ignore the content you dont care for, but its fine for those that do heavily align with those ideals. Im glad they are happy. Current day ideals and politics dont feel great in a fantasy game and gas lighting those that dont believe in those ideals is pretty trash, but all in all, there is a solid game here. I will mention the writing and dialog and choices are a joke lol. Its probably some of the worst writing ive ever experienced in a story led rpg. Hopfully they will take this to heart and do better on the next go around. You cant be a "bad guy" either with the choices you choose. Its a VERY PG game in a world that should be R when it comes to the lore of the series. Do I recommend it at $70? Absolutely not wait for a sale, black friday is coming up, totally worth $40-$50. All in all ive enjoyed my time with it thus far, im just really glad I could skip the parts and characters i dont really care for. Originally recommended but updated to not recommended right now due to the amount of crashes im experiencing on my 4070 super.

An absolute gem of a game. Ive always been a fan of the persona games, but always was a bit put off by the highschool sim theme. I still loved them but always wanted them to change the theme to explore the persona "game" in a different environment more suited to my personal interests. And man did they deliver. Nothing gets me more excited than a fantasy theme. I have thoroughly enjoyed the time ive spent in the game so far and I know this game is going to keep impressing me given how much love Atlus puts into their craft. This might very well end up being my GOTY.

Ran into 3 crashes in the first 30 minutes of the game unfortunately. From what I’ve seen it’s a great game, but I can’t recommend it personally due to those crashes.

Its a solid game. I love survival builders. Has a ton of uniqueness to it, does a ton of things differently that some of the other games in this genre. I personally enjoy the combat. The UI system & menus are awful though... probably the worst menu system Ive ever seen in this type of game. But that doesnt change the enjoyment I have for the game. You can still tell its EA, but thats okay. They are making very regular updates and think this is a safe bet in the future.

100% Yes. I play a ton of this survival base building genre, most of them have a huge combat mechanic to them, but this one is only about surviving and bringing the world back to life. Its such a chill vibe. Hell i bought it a little over a week ago and have already put 40 hours into it. If you enjoy these types of games, but would like something a bit more relaxing and chill, I honestly don't think there is one out there that compares to this one.

I've got nearly 6000 hours in the game since the launch of D1. I has its very fair share of problems but all in all, I've really enjoyed my time with it. Obviously. I recommend it because I personally love it, would I recommend it to brand new players? Yes and no. Yes if you have other friends or community members that can show you the ropes, but absolutely not if you're a solo player trying to figure it out for yourself. You're going to need to watch a dozen hours of Youtube videos to catch up on the lore, and probably the same amount of time figuring out all the systems, I have has a ton of issues since switching over to destiny 2 on PC. I have never had so many baboon error codes as I do right now ( I can barely get through a strike without disconnecting some days). I've got a very solid 500mbs hard wired connection and am still being met with these codes, when I never experienced them this much on console. I love destiny and I hate it at the same time, but no other game has been able to capture me as this one has. Man. What isnt great about this game. If you enjoy deck builders then youll love this game. Would I recommend this to people unfamiliar with poker? Absolutely. The game does a great job of showing what hands score what. Itll become second nature in no time. So many challenge decks, that keep you itching for more and more.

We dove deep into Sony HQ. We fought to dive together or not at all. We showed that democracy is not a fallacy but a reality and all it took was a bit of Liber-tea.

Absolutely beautifully crafted world and probably one of my all time favorite crafting survival games out there.
