It is early access after all, but the steam edition is a buggy mess on my computer and my rig is not anemic. I'll wait for an update patch before giving it another go.

Best module Ever!

I've been playing this game back when it was still called Lock-On! Loved the A-10 to death!

Enter the F-15E. There are no words to describe the feeling when you climb into the pit of this enormous bird. Switch seats to the WSO position and prepare to feel like Goose must have in Top Gun.

All drama aside, this is by far the best module I've flown in DCS, and even though it's not complete yet, what is there, is enough.

The feeling of taking command of this beast is satisfying and the learning curve is minimal compared to other modules.

No need to wait till it's on sale. It's worth every penny. I'ts an Eagle, after all!

I've been playing this game from its inception and let me tell you, this version did what I wanted it to do from the very beginning: it made me get emotional as I flew over Brooklyn NY and was able to fly VFR using the Williamsburg Tower as a primary landmark. They even got the air right. That's right. New York has its own distinct atmosphere and there it was.
This simulation is nothing short of spectacular and in my opinion, a small miracle. If there ever was a time to indulge in the feeling of flying a beautiful aircraft, this is it.
Ignore the amateurish negative comments from others that would nitpick the fact because you don't actually get air sick, the game blows.
Ignore the very minor glitches in the game that are so insignificant, you'll probably never notice anyways.
If their claim of "closest to the real thing" was ever true, this is it. And from this point on, it will only get better!
I was actually flying around Manhattan and decided to take a break to write this rant because I was spellbound with the experience.
Get it now. Don't overthink it and if you can afford it, get the Premium edition because you'll want everything when you strap into your cockpit and realize you can literally fly anywhere on the planet that you desire in the most immersive sim to date.

This game used to rule.

Been playing it since 2000.

Now, its full of hackers and aim bots. Even the stupid bots that you can play off line will kill you with head shots without even aiming. Completely ridiculous and has ruined the game. Don't waste your money on this unless you want to join the rest of the coward cheaters that infest this game. If so, then this game is for you.
