really short, but very good!

As a person who doesn't like boomer shooters (it just not my thing), I love this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. you get a huge arsenal of weapons, and you can use them however you like. The game doesn't get boring since there is always something new getting introduced each few levels or so. The movement is very smooth and satisfying, plus whoever thought of chainsaw legs that deal damage when sliding needs a huge ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ raise!! The story is pretty interesting too, even tho the main focus of the game isn't the story, it is still pretty interesting and kept me wanting to know what happens next. The characters are quite loveable and interesting. The pixel art graphics style is seriously well done in some levels. Absolutely great game.

TLDR: I hate boomer shooters, but i love the ♥♥♥♥ out of this game. BUY IT.

I played this game on console like 4 times, and on my 2nd play through here on steam. in my opinion, it is one of, if not the best third person shooter game i have played in my life. the gun play, the protagonist, the level design. All of it clicks together perfectly, the story lacks in some minor areas here and there, but overall its pretty good. as you play you discover more about Max's past and his grim existence, which makes me love him even more. For the life of me i cannot get enough of the slow mo bullet dives which literally makes the gameplay look like a movie scene.

when it comes to replayability, i think the game offers quite a good amount of it with the achievement hunting, difficulties, and many golden weapon parts to unlock.

Only thing i hate is not being able to erase my memory and experience it for the 1st time all over again, oh and the Rockstar launcher, but i guess there is nothing we can do about that.

First time ever playing a Wolfenstein game, this game has no business being this good in 2023 X D.

after 5 hours in the game, it gets kinda repetitive and boring. Gotta say there are good variety of maps to play, but the objectives remain the same, if you are hoping to sniper targets from a distance and be a lethal sniper, go play sniper elite 4. in this you are forced to infiltrate with pistols which is fun sometimes but it starts to become more like a hit man game rather than a sniper game. each pistol shot will almost be heard by the entire base if not masked with a background sound, even with a suppressor on.

only thing noteworthy to mention is the axis mode, it can be really fun to tackle invading snipers or even be the invader, but sometimes it becomes a walking simulator when invading, having no idea where the sniper is until he gets really paranoid and leaves the game...
