Despite its flaws (wacky camera-angles, obnoxious players whom love nothing more than to barge in and kill you off during fights, even more obnoxious players whom abuse the level-design and push you off the ledge for an easy win (#TotallyLegitTactic),) Absolver has proven itself to be a real diamond in the rough. One with a glimpse of the smooth beauty within, but the rest of it hidden behind a layer of filth and rough areas.

The combat is challenging, 10x that if you're a keyboard & mouse-player, but the sheer thrill of each battle more than makes up for it. Its brutal difficulty and next to non-existant guide force you to take the time to understand your deck and style, as well as your equipment and stats.

Absolver is a fun and intrigueing game. One with a boat load of potential and playability. Though still there still seem to be a few missing features, the game itself is great fun. From the small emotes you share with a rogue player who helped you during a tough fight, to the thrill of having to think on your feet during a duel with another player whose character you oh-so happened to happened to catch in a rampageous mood. This game is a lot of fun, and I'm glad I bought it.

All in all; it's everything the Devs made it out to be.
