The game is super fun. The music, and art style is done perfectly. It isn't for everybody, and the game is hard. I am the type of person that is always skeptical about side scrolling shooters. They tend to always feel like the same thing. Cuphead isn't that, it manages to keep the same type of gameplay players are familiar with, but it builds on it, and makes it feel new again. The game is a work of art.
