Let me start by saying this: Flyout didn’t just let me build the Kasarov Shadow—it challenged me to dream, innovate, and obsess over every detail of what would become my proudest creation.

Building the Kasarov Shadow was like sculpting a piece of art with afterburners. This wasn’t just another jet slapped together for speed—this was a labor of love, sweat, and (let’s be real) a bit of frustration. Every detail, from its sleek wing design to the engine configuration, felt like a test of my understanding of aerodynamics and my patience.

-Hitting Mach 5 in the Shadow was a moment I’ll never forget.
-The game’s building tools made it possible to tweak every aspect of the jet.
-The moment the Shadow took its maiden flight was pure magic. Seeing it stabilize, maneuver, and dominate the skies felt like a nod to all the effort and dedication put into its creation.

Flyout isn’t just a flight simulator—it’s a playground for innovators, a testbed for aviation enthusiasts, and a chaos generator for those who just want to see what happens when physics gives you options.

What I Loved:
-Freedom to Create: From designing jets to experimenting with wild concepts, the building mechanics give you full control.

Realistic Flight Physics:
- Flying isn’t just “press W to go fast.” You’ll feel the weight of your choices—literally. Every design decision impacts how your craft handles.

Community Inspiration:
- The ability to share and see others’ creations adds a whole new layer of fun and motivation via their discord.

Constructive Criticism:
-UI Learning Curve: While powerful, the interface can feel overwhelming at first. A more intuitive tutorial system would go a long way for new players.
Performance Hiccups: Occasionally, the game struggles with optimization when handling more complex builds

I actually genuinely regret purchasing this game because I can never truly organize my desk. You should buy it though because like why not

Quit playing for years,
Only enjoyment I've been getting is surviving with other clans in modded PvE survival servers with raidable bases, AI buffs, AI numbers changed, bosses all over the place, custom maps, and much more. Vanilla Rust for me is like the yearly minecraft realm. If you want to enjoy the game, and all of the amazing elements to Rust, actually learn the game, the mechanics, and practice to make yourself good in wipes. Start PvE, find a diehard vet whos retired of sweats, and have them teach you how to farm, shoot, build, all in the relative saftey of a PvE bubble. Same as DayZ PvE, before you hit the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ servers for the first time

Can I just say one thing here, just to give you an idea of how much I appreciate this developer. I have always wanted to be a pilot as a kid, keep in mind its rather not practical when coming from a not so wealthy background if you will. I saved up, worked my way up, built the gaming PC, went the whole 9 yards if you will. I bought a VR headset, for the soul purpose of playing VTOLVR. 3 months after playing VTOLVR I made the decision to go pursue flight training. Fast forward two years, I am sitting here typing this message as well just a private pilot, but a pilot never the less. The small price to support this developer is just a small thank you in my eyes. After the long days of work, the long days at the academy, VTOL helped me unwind. Granted I wish I discovered this specific title sooner.

Disclaimer: Don't use this as a real world excuse to convince your family you want to be a pilot. Because what truly helped me, what actually helped me was the money I had to throw at flight training. But if you need a real pilot, again only a private pilot to tell you that this is a joy. Well this pilot approves.

VTOLVR aside and regardless of the time that has passed,

This game, is very unknown, its like a hidden gem on Steam. Its prompted me to want to make a video on it just to get some people flying around in this. If you are a returning fan from VTOLVR and have seen the little banner sitting in the command deck in VTOL. I want to explain to you that this game literally is VTOLVR, with the same controls, handling, visual and performance quality but an entirely different experience. I would recommend having both as you can see my first comment was on a true and personal level. But this feels like you're in a canyon that is a loop with no punishment for messing up. With the intention of always re spawn and try again, and you just fly. Open up your music app, get your favorite song on, hit record and have a fun time refining your skills. Have a fun time racing your ghost, racing your friends, racing other people when the small windows open up where somebody is hosting a public lobby.

Long Story Short.

If this was the game we purchased in 2016 you wouldn't even think twice about buying it. 27 Updates later I would say not only did I get my moneys worth but Hello Games you really did bring it back from the VOID. Now please for the love of christ when you release the next game just take your time, or better yet, be honest.

I want to say months later.

If you're looking for a very well put together early access video game, that can be described as a VR Ready or Not. I would highly recommend it. Please note as this game is currently in development map selection is limited. However, I can say replay ability exists, as long as you have the energy for it!

My friend Harold is now addicted to this game. He rarely leaves his room and the only excitement in his life comes from Bungie releasing new Destiny 2 DLCs. I truly feel bad for the kid, 6000+ hours of his life wasted away... I try to get him to start a new hobby like sim racing in Asseto Corsa. But no he cursed me out and said he's busy prepping for this new DLC. Bungie. thanks for stealing away Harold from my life and the lives of others.
