A child killing demons, strange creatures, his mother and satan with his own tears. Picking up power ups like: his dead cat, the head of his dead dog, your moms pad etc. Play as some of the sins, some good guys, two demons and a ghost that is literally almost impossible to kill the "special" bosses unless you have played this game for a long time
