I'm such a nerd. Making a "custom game" setup to play by myself or with someone else if they're interested in a long and complex campaign.

A fun and visually appealing fixed-perspective RPG. I can't speak as to wether hardcore rpg fans will like it (only being a casual player who normally sticks to easy or normal difficulties myself) but the game isn't bad.

It is however overpriced, so wait for at least a 15% sale (or maybe closer to 50% if you're tight on cash) to buy this game. I'd compare it most closely to Dragon Age Origins in terms of quality with a few differences. DAO has more interactions with companions which helps to make them more interesting than Tyranny. Tyranny's spell crafting system is an awesome idea implemented well. Tyranny is, imo, more visually appealing. Tyranny is built more to allow you to actually roleplay a character with motivations while DA just allows general personality (side note, sometimes in Tyranny you might feel like you can't express your character's motivations in certain circumstances. In the end of the game though you can.)

I also felt like halfway through ACT 2 that the game got easier. For future playthroughs I'll see if i can raise the difficulty part way through the game ( from easy to normal).
