Amazing game, cool artstyle, very interesting blend of old school point and click games and rpg board games, some of the best dialogue and voice acting(even though the voice acting doesn't cover all of the dialogue) I have ever seen in gaming. The characters and the story are interesting throughout the whole game and the ending is perfectly fitting. However, this game is ultimately held back only by the fact that it is too reliant on chance (which I know was inteded to be so as the game is inspired by board games like dungeons and dragons and the like) and I also wasn't a fan of changing clothes before every dialogue to influence stats. They should have focused more on your character stats that you chose and your choices in the world rather than dice rolls which ultimately is holding me back from playing this game through for a second time. Despite all this, disco elysium is still an excellent and one of the funniest games I have ever played in my life. Definitely recommended.
P.S I honestly think that this game features the best writing I have ever seen in any video game in my life.
