The game is one of a kind and is without a question worth your money IF you let yourself be immersed in the world. If you're not up for the roleplaying the way the game sets you up, the combat is still phenomenally enjoyable with all the variance there is to it. I finished the game on Tactician mode and one of the only negative things about the game is that I feel like killing everyone except the core characters is more fun than doing what they actually want you to do. When you do that, the game becomes a little dull since there is no real resistance to the chaotic approach.
